For payment, a deposit is required to make a reservation. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. Total payment is due within three weeks of arrival. We take Visa, MC, and Discover. Security deposits will be returned within 14 days if:

• Log home or caboose has no damage (including game room items and hot tub) or missing items
• No movies rented on satellite
• Trash is disposed at Solid Waste Management station
• All dishes are cleaned and put away
• All dirty linens are placed in laundry room
• All doors and windows closed and locked

• Bison Overlook: 8
• Hare Pin Inn: 6
• Horseshoe Cottage: 6
• Red Dog Barn: 4
• Buffalo Bungalow: 2
• Mo-Pac Caboose: 2
• Orange Caboose: 5
• Gray Caboose: 5

Before you visit, you should know:

• A $15 late fee will be charged if payment is not made by due date
• A $39 reservation change fee will be charged to any reservation that needs to be altered after reservation is made
• For a full refund, a 60-day cancellation notice will be required
• There will be a $59 cancellation fee on any cancellation to cover all charges incurred
• Anything less than a 60-day cancellation notice will forfeit deposit
• Anything less than a 45-day cancellation notice will forfeit deposit and first payment
• No refunds are allowed for cancellations less than 21 days

During your stay, we will provide:



• Two sets of towels per person
• Sheets
• Trash bags (a match for the number of nights rented)
• Three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Dish-washing detergent
• Salt, pepper, and other spices
• Hand soap

Please review our rental agreement:

• This is a NON SMOKING unit, $200 fee will be deducted from deposit if evidence of smoking
• Pet fee of $125 for first dog and $50 for second dog at cabins
• Pet fee of $60 & $40 in a caboose
• Pets MUST be in kennel if left alone.
• We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent
• No daily maid service
• Linen and bath towels are included, but we do not permit them to be taken from the properties
• Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in
• No discharging of firearms or fireworks on property or a $100 fee will be assessed
• $35 fee charged for all returned checks
• There will be no refunds due to weather, appliance, water, power, or TV failures (all repairs will be made as soon as possible, during normal business hours, unless deemed an emergency)
• There are no refunds for early check-outs
