Our Cabin Rental Policies
Choosing Buffalo Creek Vacations for your next vacation is a smart choice. Before you book your cabin, please review our rental policies.
Nightly Rate
- Please click on the “Book Now” button for the rental calendar and select your dates to see exact rates and totals
Deposit
- The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is refunded within two weeks of checkout
Tax
- North Carolina tax rate is 11%
Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and checks
Pet Fees
- Cabin fee is $125 (second pet is $50)
- Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in the cabin
- We provide large kennels in each cabin (please call for special consideration)
- Pets must be up to date on their shots and flea/tick medications
- No pets are allowed on beds or furniture
- A fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit if cleaners find pet hair on furniture
- Pets must be kept on leashes at all times
- Please clean up after your pets
